SHIPPING

We try to get orders out as soon as possible, generally within 1—3 business days. However, on occasion additional processing time could be necessary, if materials are not in stock & must be ordered. Because each bag is individually handcrafted upon order, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Tracking information is provided when the order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and will correct any defect or fix any issue with your purchase.

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days and ask that the buyer ship the returned bag to:
